If a customer cancels an order before shipment, a 5% charge of the total purchase price (including shipping costs) will apply, covering non-refundable bank fees and a handling charge. In the event of a cancellation after the generation of the waybill number, the customer is liable for incurred shipping costs, provided delivery can be successfully stopped.
Generally we do not accept any returns due to one of the following reasons. If a customer insists on returning items in such cases, a 20% restocking fee will apply to the total value of the goods. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
Product has no defect in quality.
Incompatibility issues are claimed. We make no compatibility guarantees, and we cannot advise customers on compatibility issues. You are advised to thoroughly research items before purchasing. We cannot entertain exceptions
There is physical damage, attempted repair, product tampering, and intentional or unintentional misuse
If buyer want to return ordered items because it is a defect product, he/she is simply not satisfied with the product or he/she change their mind after the purchase, please follow below procedure for the return:
You have 15 calendar days after receiving the products to dispatch for return or exchange. Postage for such items must be paid at your own cost. Unfortunately we cannot entertain exceptions
The product must be in perfect condition of commercialization and be returned in the original packaging
In case of exchange for another product with a higher value, the difference must be paid; In case of exchange for a product of lower value or return, the amount will be returned to you upon receipt of the piece
GAVAN owns the final decision on whether a product is defective or not and reserves the right to refuse the return, exchange, or refund of any item at our discretion in the manner we see fit
All relevant cost will be borne by US buyer if the parcel is destroyed due to undeliverable address claimed by USPS in the United States.
